Service during covid times

The pandemic covid-19 threw all our lives into jeopardy and chaos. The lockdown threw all our lives out of gear especially the ones who are challenged and specially abled could not cope up with the sudden Tsunami of chaos. Due to the lockdown, the visually impaired daily wage workers and their families were totally distraught. The visually impaired sellers or vendors on the trains who sold snacks, agarbathis, Mobile covers, sugar candy etc., were the worst affected.

Agal foundation stepped in to the bail them out of this worst situation and had provided them with food, medical aid and dry rations. This effort by Agal continued till the lockdown was lifted and the things began to normalise.
